For over 30 years, Salvatore DiLisi has owned DiLisi Ristorante in Bridgeton. Sal DiLisi immigrated to the U.S. from Carini, Italy, in April 1978. His family purchased the restaurant at 34 Cornwell Drive, Bridgeton, New Jersey in July 1979. Sals parents Giacomo and Concetta DiLisi retired and returned to Italy in 1985. Sal then took over the Bridgeton restaurant. Sal, his wife Nancy, and his two children, Giacomo, and Valeria have brought a touch of Italian heritage to the small town of Bridgeton.
